Lessons can be booked following a free online consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss and agree your goals and ascertain whether we will work well together. This will then be tested properly during the first session. Whilst weekly sessions can be booked, I prefer to give clients a longer period in between lessons, so that time is given for the work we do in-session to be developed effectively.
Fortnightly and even monthly lessons can be highly effective, depending upon your goals.
